Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Developer / Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM customization and development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting Teamcenter solutions based on business and PLM requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BMIDE, ITK/C++, Active Workspace (AWC), workflows, Teamcenter data model customization, and PLM processes. Exposure to EBOM/MBOM, Change Management, Teamcenter Manufacturing, and enterprise integrations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform BMIDE configuration and customization, including:
- Business Objects
- Properties
- LOVs
- GRM Rules
- Deep Copy Rules
- Naming Rules
- Business Rules
- Extensions and configurations
- Develop server-side customizations using Teamcenter ITK with C/C++.
- Develop and customize Workflow Handlers, including Action Handlers, Rule Handlers and related extensions.
- Configure and customize Active Workspace (AWC), including UI configurations, stylesheets, commands, tiles and workspace configurations.
- Work on Teamcenter workflows, lifecycle management, access control and business process automation.
- Work on Structure Manager, BOM Management, Part Management and Change Management processes.
- Support EBOM/MBOM structures and PLM data management.
- Develop and support Teamcenter utilities, batch utilities and automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot Teamcenter application issues, perform debugging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing and production support.
- Support Teamcenter deployments, migrations and release activities across DEV, QA/SIT and Production environments.




- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, architects and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents and deployment-related documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows Teamcenter customization and coding standards.

Mandatory Skills

- 6 to 12 years of relevant Teamcenter development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter
- BMIDE customization and configuration
- Teamcenter ITK / C/C++ development
- Active Workspace (AWC) customization/configuration
- Workflow Designer and Workflow Handlers
- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture
- Experience with Business Objects, Properties, LOVs, GRM Rules and Deep Copy Rules
- Knowledge of Teamcenter lifecycle and access management
- Experience in BOM/Structure Management
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good understanding of PLM/PDM concepts

Education

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust hands-on developer rather than purely an administrator.
- Good understanding of both technical Teamcenter customization and PLM business processes.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements, develop solutions and troubleshoot complex Teamcenter issues.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise PLM environments.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
