About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tally Accountant to join our team at Ahmedabad, near Vaishnodevi Circle.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records and handling Tally operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally.
- Record sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Maintain purchase and sales invoices.
- Bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper ledger and party accounts.
- Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation.
- Assist with GST returns and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments for accounting requirements.
- Prepare basic accounting reports as required by management.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of practical experience in Tally accounting.




- Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST and invoice accounting.
- Good knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organised records.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and reliable.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in trading, retail, fashion, e-commerce or similar businesses will be preferred.
