Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of our mechanical products. In this role, you will solve complex engineering challenges, use advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Modeling: Create detailed 2D blueprints and 3D models using CAD software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- System Testing: Conduct experiments, analyze prototype data, and perform finite element analysis (FEA).
- Product Development: Bring ideas from conceptual design to final manufacturing validation testing.
- Problem Diagnosis: Investigate equipment failures to identify faulty operations and implement corrective design updates.
- Project Management: Track timelines, manage project budgets, and allocate required production resources.
- Technical Writing: Draft comprehensive manuals, instruction guides, and site compliance reports for operators.

Ensure all machinery meets local engineering codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Licensure: Professional Engineering (PE) license or actively working toward it is highly preferred.
- Core Physics: Deep knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, kinematics, and materials science.
- Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with CAD, CAM, and simulation tools like ANSYS or MATLAB.
- Mathematics: Strong background in calculus, advanced geometry, and statistical computing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, teamwork habits, and clear technical communication skills.

Work Environment & Compensation

- Workplace: Split between office-based drafting rooms and industrial manufacturing plants or construction sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
