Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. As a Business Development Executive at Hobfit, you’ll work with existing customer, understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and drive conversations that convert into successful sales. We’re looking for a confident, target-driven BDE with strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills, along with a sharp focus on conversions and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with existing customers and understand their needs,



goals, and pain points.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and recommend relevant solutions.
- Deliver confident, persuasive, and customized pitches.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively to move conversations toward closure.
- Build trust and create a strong customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Looking For:

- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and convincing/persuasion skills.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with sales conversations.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or healthcare is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
