About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Executive to grow our online visibility and bring in more of the right traffic for Volt Solar Australia. You’ll own the day to day of our search performance, from keyword research and on-page work to content and technical fixes. This is a valuable fit for someone who understands how search really works, keeps up with the changes, and likes seeing their work turn into real rankings and leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run our SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical areas.
- Do keyword research to find what our customers are searching for and build content around it.
- Optimise website pages, meta tags, headings, and content so they rank and convert.
- Work on technical SEO such as site speed, mobile performance, indexing, and site structure.
- Build quality backlinks and manage off-page activity to grow domain authority.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report clearly on what’s working.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms to guide decisions.
- Keep an eye on competitors and search trends, and adjust the plan as the landscape shifts.
- Work with content and web teams so SEO is built in from the start, not bolted on later.




- Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and best practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience in SEO, ideally 1 to 3 years, with real results you can point to.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands on with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Good grasp of keyword research, content optimisation, and link building.
- Comfortable reading data and turning it into action.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working the 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM IST shift, which lines up with our Australian operating hours.
- Based in Delhi or Gurgaon.

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing to Australian or international audiences.
- Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or the technical side of websites.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, or a related industry.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
