Role Overview

Revinfotech is hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage project teams and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll own delivery end to end, from planning and resourcing through risk management and client communication, while keeping your knowledge of web and software industry trends current.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Supervise the development, bug fixes, and upgrades of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports.
- Coordinate with developers to build and maintain a robust framework supporting the applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications.




- Create learning opportunities within the development team through training, conferences, and hands-on mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximise team productivity.
- Support recruitment of new team members when required.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, and support business development conversations with potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management.
- Proficiency using project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong knowledge of sprint planning and task management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software projects on time and within budget.
- Good professional background in coding or software development.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with end-users and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, innovative, self-motivated, and confident in high-stress situations.

Good to Have

- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification.
- Experience with additional PM tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted project management tools for status reporting, risk prediction, and resource optimisation.
- Experience screening or scoping current business deals alongside sales teams.

Eligibility

- 5+ years of relevant software project management experience.
- Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
