Job Description – Quantification & Estimation Executive

Role

Responsible for BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and quotation costing based on architectural drawings, project specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse architectural/interior drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs and material estimates.
- Quantify acoustic panels, ceiling systems, accessories and related products.
- Prepare project-wise quotations and costing within timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design and Project teams for scope clarification.
- Revise BOQs/quotations based on drawing and specification changes.
- Factor in wastage, accessories and installation requirements.
- Maintain project-wise quotation, BOQ and rate records.
- Support Sales teams with commercial inputs and estimation during negotiations.





Requirements

- 2–5 years' experience in estimation, BOQ, quantity surveying or project costing.
- Experience in building materials, interiors, ceilings, acoustics, flooring or architectural products preferred.
- Solid understanding of architectural/interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.

Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or related field.

Key KPI: BOQ accuracy | Quotation turnaround time | Costing accuracy | Revision/error rate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
