Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in the UPS and Battery industry to coordinate project site operations, manage field teams, maintain operational data, and prepare accurate MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations across multiple project sites.
- Manage and coordinate field technicians and site teams.
- Track project activities, work progress, attendance, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate operational records and perform regular data entry.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different project sites.
- Monitor material requirements, site activities, and pending tasks.
- Coordinate with project teams, customers, vendors, and management for smooth operations.




- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned management.
- Maintain proper documentation and update project-related databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the UPS & Battery industry, preferably in project/site operations or MIS coordination.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Positive communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Knowledge of inverter, battery, installation, maintenance, or related project operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
