Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Documentation Executive for our Sea Exports team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in freight forwarding, specifically in sea exports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sea Exports Operations: Manage sea exports documentation, filing, and coordination.

2. Pricing and Quotation: Develop and manage pricing strategies, prepare quotes for customers.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, build and maintain relationships.

4. Team Management: Lead and motivate the sea exports team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sea exports, freight forwarding industry.

2. Location: St.Thomas Mount

3. Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.

Skills:

1. Freight Forwarding Expertise: Strong understanding of sea exports operations, documentation,



and regulations.

2. Pricing and Quotation: Excellent pricing and quotation skills.

3. Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.

4. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
