Position overview: An experienced Automation Engineer in Test reporting directly to the Test Manager, working in a small agile team alongside SEITs, DevOps Engineers, and Data Engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data and reporting solutions using contemporary technologies.
- Test and develop Integration layer changes, ensuring user stories meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for ETL, Big Data, API, and database validations.
- Perform comprehensive test analysis and collaborate across cross-functional Agile teams.

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with validation in Databricks.
- In-depth experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) and SQL.




- Hands-on expertise with key test frameworks (BDD, Hybrid, PyTest, Allure).
- Strong skills in Database, ETL, Big Data, and API validations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and source control (Git).
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and storage technologies (AWS, Databricks, S3, DynamoDB, Delta Lake, SQL).
- Solid background in Agile ways of working.

- Nice to have: Experience with streaming technologies (AWS Kinesis, Apache Kafka, Amazon MSK).
- Familiarity with direct query engines (AWS Athena, Presto, Databricks SQL).
- Experience using Jira and XRAY for test management.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Alert Manager, Grafana Loki).
