Reporting To: Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive – Taxation with 2–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation activities. Candidates with experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry will be preferred. The candidate will be responsible for vendor bill processing, GST compliance, reconciliation, TDS working, payment coordination, and maintaining accurate statutory records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B and TDS.




- Strong understanding of purchase/vendor accounting.
- Experience in GST reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters and basic data analysis.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within monthly statutory deadlines.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹8,285.18 - ₹29,549.56 per month
