We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building great products that users love. This role involves driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and owning the end-to-end user experience. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver impactful product features that drive growth and improve retention.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L; management
- Define and own the product strategy of P&L; you lead aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features.
- Drive user growth, engagement, and retention through continuous experimentation and optimization.
- Collaborate engineering teams to build intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Set clear KPIs and measure product performance using data-driven insights.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Act as the voice of the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
- Continuously improve product usability and retention metrics.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2C tech company with high-growth focus
- Educational background in engineering or technical discipline (B.Tech or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of growth funnels, retention loops, and product-led growth principles
- Experience working with Tech teams to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences
- Strong understanding of product strategy, lifecycle management, and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with tools like SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc
- Proven experience in data driven approach
- Excellent communication and cross functional stakeholder management skills
