We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Vadodara. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and loan compliance activities while partnering closely with US-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and analytical skills, experience working with financial systems, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely financial insights. Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial reports and management summaries
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities
- Build and maintain financial models and KPI analyses
- Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Prepare loan compliance and lender reporting documentation
- Collaborate with US counterparts and internal stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Assist with reporting process improvements and automation
- Support audit and compliance-related activities

Education & Training

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field preferred or CA inter/CMA inter preferred




- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting, or related roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required
- Experience working with financial reporting or ERP systems preferred
- Additional exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or loan compliance reporting is an advantage

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and advanced formulas
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
