Trainer-BPO
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with solid communication and facilitation skills to train and develop teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Voice Process training for batches of 20–30 trainees.
- Manage end-to-end training including NHT, PKT, and refresher sessions.
- Execute training metrics such as TNA, TNI, and TTT.
- Prepare and deliver effective training modules using PPT and Excel.
- Maintain training performance reports and ensure continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO (Voice Process).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PPT, Excel, and training documentation.
- Familiarity with TNA, TNI, TTT, NHT, PKT, and Refresher training formats.
Work Details
- Shift: Day shift
- Week Off: Sunday fixed off
