Key Roles & Responsibilities

Doctor & Referral Network Management

- Develop, strengthen, and maintain a strong network of referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to doctors, corporate houses, and healthcare stakeholders to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Ensure timely delivery and audit of referral kits to all empaneled and active referees.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, and follow-ups.

TPA & Insurance Coordination

- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for empanelment, renewals, and relationship management.
- Act as a single point of contact to intervene, coordinate, and resolve TPA/insurance-related queries or issues in coordination with internal billing and front office teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between TPAs, doctors, and hospital departments.

Marketing & Patient Footfall Enhancement

- Focus on increasing walk-ins and overall patient footfall through referral channels, outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Track referral trends and contribute inputs for improving conversion rates from referrals to admissions/consultations.
- Support hospital branding initiatives and service promotions as per management guidelines.

Camps & Awareness Programs





- Plan and conduct health camps in coordination with doctors, clinics, hospitals, chemists’ associations, and community groups.
- Organize and execute public awareness programs at doctor hospitals/clinics and community locations on relevant health awareness days.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and post-camp follow-up for all outreach activities.

Team Management & Coordination

- Manage, guide, and coordinate the activities of marketing executives/field staff assigned to the territory.
- Allocate targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of assigned marketing activities.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly activity and performance reports to the reporting authority.
- Ensure all marketing and referral activities comply with hospital policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time in the interest of hospital operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
