The Role -We're looking for a proactive and mission-driven Business Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, program delivery, and government engagement - contributing directly to the design and expansion of early learning and K–12 education transformation initiatives aligned with NEP 2020 and India's foundational learning goals.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom crafting a proposal and in the field overseeing program execution.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Business Development
Drive strategy, planning, and execution of early childhood and K–12 education transformation programs .
Draft proposals, respond to RFPs, and prepare strategic pitch decks for government and CSR partners .
Conduct research and develop concept notes aligned with national and state education priorities .

Program Implementation & Management
Lead on-ground program delivery across Anganwadis, Balwadis, preschools, and government/private schools
Manage and mentor field teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Oversee vendor onboarding and ensure service-level compliance aligned with project goals

Curriculum & Training
Design and deliver training curricula for Anganwadi and Balwadi workers, teachers, helpers, and ICDS officials
Design and facilitate training programs for educators and internal staff based on evolving project needs.





Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, education officers, school leadership, and partner organisations
Represent Square Panda in external engagements with confidence and clarity

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Track program outcomes using monitoring tools, data dashboards, and feedback mechanisms .
Support impact evaluation and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders .

What We're Looking For
Education
Master’s degree in education, Development Studies, Public Policy, Management, or a related field

Experience
8-12+ years of relevant experience in education strategy, project implementation, curriculum development, and/or program management.
Prior experience with government or CSR-led education programs is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Strategic thinking backed by strong research and analytical ability
Excellent proposal writing and verbal communication skills
Proven stakeholder coordination and relationship management experience
Hands-on project and team management capability
Solid familiarity with NEP 2020, FLN Mission, ECCE framework, and the broader public education ecosystem
Comfortable with dashboards, MIS tools, and digital platforms for monitoring and reporting Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi
Proficient in MS Office
