Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) with 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow SPM suite / ITBM.

The ideal candidate should have strong coding and scripting skills along with experience implementing and customizing SPM modules, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Innovation Management, and Application Portfolio Management (APM).

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM.
- Experience with Demand Management, Innovation Management, PPM, and APM.
- Solid development experience using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience designing and developing integrations with external systems.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and scalable technical architecture.




- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.
- Exposure to SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules, including:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Agile Development
- Financial Planning
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Innovation Management
- Customize project templates, scoring models, portfolio dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and integrations.
- Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow standards.

Certification

CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong hands-on ServiceNow SPM/ITBM development experience, excellent coding skills, and immediate availability will be preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
