Location: Gujarat – Rajkot/Gujarat-based candidates only

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate and qualify potential B2B clients for our Recruitment Services and HR Consulting Services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be confident in approaching HR Managers, Founders, Business Owners, and Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify companies with recruitment and HR service requirements
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, job portals, and other platforms
- Connect with HRs, Founders, Business Owners, and Hiring Managers
- Introduce and pitch our Recruitment & HR Consulting Services
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain and update the lead database
- Coordinate with the internal team for meetings and further discussions
- Achieve monthly lead-generation targets

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and pitching abilities
- Strong follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation methods
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation / Telecalling / Sales / Business Development is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

- Only candidates based in Rajkot or anywhere in Gujarat can apply
- Must have a reliable internet connection and laptop/desktop for WFH
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
