We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated faculty members to join our offline coaching team for competitive and technical government examinations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct offline classroom sessions for ECE / EEE subjects.
- Deliver clear, structured and exam-oriented lectures.
- Cover the prescribed syllabus within the planned schedule.
- Explain technical concepts, formulas and numerical problems in a simple and effective manner.
- Solve Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and important examination-oriented problems.
- Prepare MCQs, practice questions, assignments and mock tests.
- Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate guidance.
- Monitor student performance through tests and classroom activities.
- Stay updated with the latest exam syllabus, pattern and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the academic team for lesson planning and syllabus completion.




- Contribute to the preparation and review of study materials and test series.
- Maintain punctuality, classroom discipline and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in ECE / EEE or relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent teaching skills.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
- Experience in RRB JE, SSC JE, TNPSC AE/JE, TNEB or other technical competitive examinations will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with robust subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
