Position: Operations cum MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Operations cum MIS Executive to handle MIS, data management, purchase coordination, internal team coordination, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, Excel sheets, and operational records.

Handle daily data management, reporting, and documentation.

Draft professional emails and official communications.

Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely follow-ups.

Handle purchase-related activities, vendor coordination, quotations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational requirements.

Manage and complete tasks assigned by the Director with proper follow-up and timely execution.

Track pending activities and provide regular status updates to management.





Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for reporting, drafting, research, and daily work.

Support management in routine operational and administrative activities.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in MIS / Operations / Administration.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Robust data management and reporting skills.

Good email drafting and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of purchase and vendor coordination.

Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Comfortable using AI tools for work-related tasks.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

Should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working with management and multiple teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
