Position: Communication Skills Trainer
Institution: J.J. College of Engineering and Technology (JJCET)

We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Communication Skills Trainer to train engineering students across all academic years and enhance their communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions on English language, communication skills, soft skills, and professional skills for students across all years.
- Develop and deliver training modules based on students' academic level and career requirements.
- Train students in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, presentation skills, group discussions, interviews, public speaking, and workplace communication.
- Conduct activities, role plays, discussions, mock interviews, and other interactive learning sessions.
- Prepare students for campus placements, aptitude/HR rounds, group discussions, and personal interviews.
- Assess students' communication abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Encourage students to build confidence, professionalism, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate with the placement and training team to support students' overall employability development.




- Track student progress and maintain relevant training and assessment records.
- Continuously improve training strategies and introduce innovative, student-friendly learning activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of communication skills and soft skills training.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from different academic and proficiency levels.
- Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about student development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the Training & Placement team.
- Experience in training engineering/college students or placement-oriented training will be an added advantage.
- A degree in English, Communication, Management, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
