Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, handling leads, explaining our services, and following up with prospects to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with potential customers.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Strong follow-up and lead-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
