- Candidate should preferably be a permanent resident / native of the respective district for which he/she is applying.
- Good knowledge of the local area, villages, Panchayats and local language/dialect will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates having background in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, Development Studies or related fields will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in rural development, surveys, agriculture, social development, community mobilization, irrigation or similar field work will be preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to undertake extensive field visits within the assigned district.
- Valuable communication, documentation and basic MS Office skills are desirable.
Association ClauseNature of Engagement: The selected candidates will initially be engaged on an assignment/project basis for the HPSHIVA Project. Based on satisfactory performance, availability of work and organizational requirements, Hattive Research and Development Foundation may continue or extend their association for additional/future projects, research studies, surveys, monitoring & evaluation assignments and other field-based activities, on mutually agreed terms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
