We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our IT services/products, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate leads.
- Explain company products and IT services clearly to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and offer relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings between interested clients and the sales team.
- Meet daily and monthly target calls and lead generation quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Executive, or Customer Support Representative (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, software, or tech services.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Active listening skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
