Profile-– Area Sales Manager (FMCG | General Trade)
Experience- 5+ years
Ctc- upto 8-10 lpa (depends on interview)
Working days – 6 days

Role Summary:Results-driven Area Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth in the general trade channel, managing distributors and retailers, expanding territory coverage, and ensuring strong market execution. Willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and key retailers
- Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and merchandising
- Plan and execute trade schemes and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Track collections, stock levels, and primary/secondary sales

Requirements:

- Proven experience in FMCG general trade sales
- Robust distributor and channel management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities




- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Graduate degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

- 5–10 years in FMCG sales, preferably in general trade channels
- Qualification- MBA
