About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of video projects from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and current digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, podcasts, corporate films, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
- Handle complete post-production including cutting, transitions, colour correction, sound mixing, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit podcast episodes and convert long-form recordings into engaging short clips.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Develop creative editing styles according to different brands and target audiences.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and improve edits based on client and internal feedback.




- Guide junior editors and support the team in maintaining production quality.
- Stay updated with emerging video formats, editing techniques, and social media trends.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of skilled video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, colour grading, transitions, and sound design.
- Robust storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Experience with social media content and digital videos.
- Ability to work independently and in team to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Added Advantage

- Experience in healthcare, corporate, branding, or advertising content will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-based video and creative tools.
- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, and corporate/brand films.
- A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating diverse editing styles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
