We are looking for a skilled and responsible NOC Engineer to monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure smooth 24×7 operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring network devices, servers, connectivity, and IT services while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers for issue resolution. Minimum 1–4 Years Experience Required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, links, and IT systems through NOC monitoring tools.
- Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, WAN/LAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system-related incidents.
-Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams. Monitor network availability, bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, and device health.
- Handle alerts and incidents within defined SLA timelines. Create, update, and close tickets in the ticketing system. Coordinate with ISP, OEM, vendors, and field engineers for issue resolution. Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Maintain proper incident, change, and escalation records.



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly NOC reports and network monitoring reports. Ensure proper shift handover and maintain detailed shift logs. Follow standard operating procedures, escalation matrix, and security guidelines. Support planned maintenance activities and network changes.
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate for permanent resolution. Provide timely updates to customers and management regarding critical incidents. Required Technical Skills Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPN. Basic to valuable knowledge of routing and switching concepts. Hands-on knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
- Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security. Understanding of network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, or similar tools. Knowledge of troubleshooting using Ping, Tracert/Traceroute, NSLookup, Telnet, SSH, etc. Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of incident management and ticketing tools. Good understanding of network troubleshooting and escalation procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
