Green Stapler is a leading share and asset recovery company assisting individuals and families in recovering unclaimed investments, physical shares, dividends and assets transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into successful business opportunities. The candidate should have strong communication, follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Understand client requirements relating to share recovery, IEPF claims, physical-to-demat conversion and other investment-recovery services.
- Explain the company’s services, processes, timelines and professional fees clearly.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert qualified leads.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with clients when required.
- Prepare and share proposals,



engagement letters and service details.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams after client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to explain qualified services clearly and confidently.
- Good negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and CRM software.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, investments, legal services or professional consulting will be preferred.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
