We are looking for an experienced and motivated USA Bench Sales Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants on bench, working with vendors and implementation partners, negotiating rates, and generating interview opportunities for consultants in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants on bench to potential clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and staffing companies.
- Identify suitable job requirements and match them with available consultants.
- Work with multiple job portals, vendor lists, and skilled networking platforms to generate leads.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with consultants and vendors.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding job opportunities and interview updates.
- Submit qualified consultants to relevant job openings.
- Track submissions, interviews, requirements, and placements.
- Follow up consistently with vendors to obtain feedback and move candidates through the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing and submissions.
- Stay updated on the USA IT staffing and recruitment market.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in USA Bench Sales / IT Staffing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process.
- Understanding of different visa statuses and work authorization types.
- Good knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and professional networking platforms.
