About Us
Vasanthamayil is a clothing and fashion store in Kangayam. We're looking for a detail-oriented Stock Entry Assistant to manage inventory records and keep our stock organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter incoming stock details into the billing/inventory software accurately (item name, quantity, size, price, etc.)
- Tag and label new stock before it goes to the sales floor
- Cross-check delivered stock against invoices/bills for accuracy
- Update stock records after sales, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with system records
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to store management
- Organize the stockroom so items are easy to locate and retrieve
- Assist sales staff with stock availability checks when needed




- Support during new stock arrivals and festival/sale season inventory prep

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Degree preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory/stock handling or data entry (freshers welcome)
- Basic computer knowledge — comfortable with Excel and billing/inventory software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Good spoken Tamil; basic English helpful
- Willingness to work on weekends and during festival rush

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
