Role: IV Technician Specialist Location: Clinic-based & Homecare
Experience: 1–3 years (Nursing/Paramedical)
Overview
We are looking for a skilled IV Technician Specialist to deliver premium intravenous therapies within our wellness and longevity ecosystem. You will be responsible for precise cannulation, administering vitamin/nutrient infusions, and providing high-touch patient care in both clinic and home settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical: Expert vein assessment and cannulation (including difficult veins); administer IV infusions (hydration, vitamins, antioxidants) per doctor’s prescription.
- Monitoring: Track patient vitals and reactions before, during, and after therapy; manage medical equipment and emergency carts.
- Safety: Maintain strict aseptic techniques, infection control, and biomedical waste protocols (NABH standards).
- Service:
Explain procedures to patients clearly; coordinate scheduling and support homecare IV visits.
Qualifications
- Education: GNM/ANM Nursing Diploma or Paramedical IV Certification.
- Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration preferred.
- Skills: 1–3 years experience in infusion therapy (ICU, ER, or Wellness background preferred); excellent communication and "white-glove" patient handling.
