Finance & Accounts Manager – Part-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and review accounting, financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, statutory compliance and internal financial controls on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review day-to-day accounting, ledgers, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets and financial records.
- Review GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants, banks and other financial stakeholders.
- Review payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments and financial documentation.
- Identify financial discrepancies, risks and control gaps.
- Support budgeting,



forecasting and management decision-making.
- Guide and review the work of the Accounts team.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC.
- Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, MIS and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience as Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or Finance Controller may apply.
