Job Title: Business Development Executive - Event Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert corporate leads through various sales channels.
- Acquire clients for corporate events, conferences, offsites, product launches, and employee engagement programs.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Event Sales, Event Management, Media, Advertising, or a related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and business networking.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
