Shakti APIFoods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading honey processing and export company with a solid presence in domestic and international markets. We work with multiple honey brands and product ranges, supplying high-quality honey in different packaging formats and markets.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Label Designer who can take ownership of the design and development of labels for our different brands and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop product labels and packaging artwork for our different honey brands.
- Create new label concepts while maintaining the individual identity of each brand.
- Modify and adapt existing labels according to different pack sizes, SKUs and markets.
- Prepare artwork according to printing and production requirements.
- Work on label layouts, typography, colours, images, icons, product information and other packaging elements.
- Ensure all mandatory product information is correctly positioned and presented on the label.
- Coordinate with the marketing, production and printing teams to ensure artwork is production-ready.
- Make corrections and revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Maintain organized files of all approved label designs and artwork.
- Create designs for different packaging formats,



including jars, bottles, buckets, drums and other formats as required.
- Ensure consistency of branding across different products and SKUs.
- Keep track of current packaging/design trends and bring fresh ideas to the brands.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design or label design.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. CorelDRAW knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of printing processes, CMYK, bleed, dielines and print-ready artwork.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with text, measurements and product information.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple label designs and revisions simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop both premium and commercially appealing packaging designs.
- Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or packaging design will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute instructions but can think creatively and contribute ideas to improve the visual identity of our brands.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a product brief and turning it into a professional, attractive and print-ready label.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
