Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our energetic team. The role involves converting pre-qualified leads generated through our website and online platforms into enrolments for astrology courses or consultations. This is a consultative sales role requiring empathy, communication skills, and a passion for wellness or spirituality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound leads from the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Explain Astrology courses and services clearly and confidently to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable offerings.
- Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM software.




- Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or tele-counseling (experience in edtech, health, or wellness is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Confident, patient, and persuasive personality.
- Basic understanding or interest in astrology is a plus.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and basic computer systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
