Job Summary

Dairy Craft India Private Limited. Is looking for an experienced Microbiologist with 2–4 years of experience in the dairy or food industry. T The role involves microbiological testing of milk, dairy products, raw materials, water, and environmental samples. The candidate will ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, GLP, and HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities.

- Conduct microbiological testing of milk, dairy products, raw materials, and finishedproducts.
- test for TPC, coliforms, yeast & Mold, E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus,
- Conduct environmental monitoring and hygiene/swab testing.
- Prepare media and maintain laboratory records.
- Operate and maintain microbiology lab equipment.
- Identify and report OOS results and support investigation and CAPA activities.
- Maintain aseptic conditions, laboratory hygiene,



and proper waste disposal.
- Coordinate with QA and Production teams on microbiological and hygiene-related matters .Required Qualification.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in dairy, food, FMCG, or food-testing laboratories.
- Valuable knowledge of food microbiology, aseptic techniques, GMP, GLP, and HACCP.
- Hands-on experience in media preparation, microbiological testing ,and environmental monitoring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
