Job Summary

The Accounts cum HR Assistant will support the Accounts and HR departments by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, employee records, attendance, and general administrative activities.

HR Responsibilities

- · Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- · Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- · Assist in salary processing and provide payroll inputs.
- · Support statutory compliance related to HR.
- · Maintain HR reports and MIS.
- · Support employees with HR-related queries.
- · Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs.
- · Handle administrative activities.
- · Perform other tasks assigned by the management.





Accounts Responsibilities

- · Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- · Maintain accounting records.
- · Handle petty cash and vendor bills.
- · Prepare bank reconciliations.
- · Manage bank-related documentation.
- · Maintain accounts reports and MIS.
- · Support employees with accounts-related queries.
- · Perform other tasks assigned by the management..

Preferred Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, CA, HR, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Accounts and HR.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and GST.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
