Tacos & Bowls | Bangalore

We're looking for a creative, hungry and social-media-obsessed person to join our team and take ownership of our content and social media.

This is NOT just a video editing job.

You'll be involved in everything from coming up with Reel ideas → finding UGC creators → coordinating shoots → shooting content → editing → posting → analysing performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage our Instagram page @tacosandbowl.in
- Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels & short-form videos
- Develop new content ideas and recurring Reel formats
- Shoot food, restaurant, behind-the-scenes & founder content
- Identify and reach out to UGC creators in Bangalore
- Coordinate creator collaborations and shoots
- Negotiate creator commercials within the given budget
- Manage the content calendar and posting
- Track Reel performance, reach, retention & engagement
- Identify what's working and create more of it
- Help grow Tacos & Bowls' online presence and drive people to our restaurants

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO





- Understands Instagram Reels & short-form content
- Has strong video editing skills
- Understands hooks, storytelling and retention
- Can shoot good content on a phone/camera
- Is creative and constantly comes up with ideas
- Understands current Instagram trends
- Can communicate and negotiate confidently with creators
- Is comfortable working hands-on from the restaurant
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

Bonus: Experience with food/restaurant brands, an existing UGC creator network in Bangalore, or a portfolio of high-performing Reels.

1–3 years preferred

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.

SALARY

₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Based on experience, skills and portfolio.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
