Job Summary

NB Entrepreneurs is looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance and utility operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Boiler, RO Plant, pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, and general plant maintenance.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, handling breakdowns, carrying out preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth and safe operation of utility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance activities and utility operations.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Boiler and RO Plant.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, and other operating parameters.
- Monitor RO Plant parameters such as pressure, flow, TDS, and water quality.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, bearings, and other mechanical equipment.
- Identify equipment faults and take appropriate corrective action.




- Supervise maintenance technicians, operators, and helpers.
- Allocate daily maintenance jobs and monitor completion.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logbooks, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors/service technicians when required.
- Ensure availability of required spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the maintenance/utility area.
- Reduce equipment downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of Boiler operation and maintenance.
- Valuable practical knowledge of RO Plant operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, and other utility equipment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and manage a maintenance team.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
