Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire kitchen team efficiently.
- Plan and prepare high-quality Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes as per hotel requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Prepare menus, daily specials, and banquet food requirements.
- Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items.
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
- Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant, Banquet, and Hotel Management teams.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during busy operations and events.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef / Senior Chef in a hotel or reputed restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine; knowledge of Chinese and Continental cuisine will be an advantage.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.
- Knowledge of food cost, portion control, and kitchen inventory.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Should be disciplined, responsible, and committed to maintaining hotel standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
