Job Title: CNC Setter / OperatorReporting To

Production / Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities

- Set and operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines as per production requirements.
- Must have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machine setting and operation.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset, work offset, and machine parameter adjustments.
- Set up jobs, fixtures, tools, and cutting parameters as per the required process.
- Check first-piece and in-process dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Make necessary offset corrections to maintain required component dimensions and quality.
- Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and machining issues and report them to the concerned department.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cycle times are achieved.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures at the workplace.
- Complete machine and production-related checklists and records.





Qualifications & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machine setting and operation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CNC machine controls, tooling, fixtures, offsets, and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; is an advantage.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.

Physical Requirements

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
