We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our team in Dharamshala. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operational activities, handling client queries, and supporting customers with information related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities.
- Handle client queries related to products and services.
- Communicate with clients professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requirements and concerns.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely responses to clients.
- Support the team in routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to operations and clients.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.

- Basic computer knowledge.
