What would you do? • Lead Incentive Compensation operations for a delivery team, ensuring payout accuracy, SLA compliance, audit readiness, operational governance and team performance. Drive automation, AI adoption, process excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. • Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation Management • Incentive setup, administration and payout operations • Payment calculation, reconciliation and validation • Sales Letter management and governance • ICM system setup including plans, quotas, hierarchies and crediting rules • Credit, pay, liabilities, adjustments and payout release managemet • Compensation claim and dispute resolution •




What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Pricing & Profitability Optimization • Any Graduation • 14 to 18 years Incentive Compensation experience • 8 to 10 years people management experience • Robust Excel and PowerPoint expertise • Experience managing end to end Incentive Compensation programs • Operations, project and program management experience • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work across global shifts • Operational controls, audit readiness and process integrity • Agentic AI enabled operations and automation • Team leadership, coaching & SLA ownership
Roles and Responsibilities: • Operations Leadership • Own payout accuracy and SLA adherence • Lead incentive administration, calculations and disbursements • Govern sales letter creation, approvals, issuance and rework reduction • Oversee ICM system setup, quota, hierarchy and crediting configuration • Manage crediting, adjustments, liabilities and payout release processes • Lead compensation claim, dispute and ICR resolution • Govern data validation, exception management and master data accuracy • Ensure audit readiness, controls, reconciliation and compliance • Drive automation, AI adoption and process improvements • Manage workplans, escalations and operational delivery • Team Leadership • Lead and mentor compensation specialists • Support hiring, onboarding and capability development • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions • Drive engagement, retention and knowledge management • Lead rewards, recognition and team development initiatives • Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • Payment Accuracy • SLA Adherence • Straight Through Processing Rate • Audit and Compliance Outcomes • Team Engagement and Retention • Execution KPIs • Dispute and ICR Resolution Timeliness • Automation and Improvement Adoption • SOP Quality and Documentation Compliance • Team Performance and Attrition • Workplan Delivery Against Timelines
