Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, trends-focused Social Media Content Creator to lead our visual storytelling across major platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content, graphics, and engaging captions to grow our community and drive brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities

- Content Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit original short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), high-quality photos, and graphic carousels.
- Copywriting: Draft clear, engaging captions tailored to each platform’s audience and brand voice.
- Trend Monitoring: Track digital culture, audio trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Content Planning: Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure steady publishing aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty.




- Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly/monthly reach, views, and engagement metrics to optimize future content.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio or active social profiles showcasing short-form video editing and visual design.
- Technical Skills:
- Video Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic Design: Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Mobile Videography: Proficiency with smartphone camera setups, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong storytelling ability, trend awareness, self-organization, and adaptability.
