Job Summary

OPAL HOMZ is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations & MIS Intern to support our Founder and Sales Team.

This is not a telecalling or direct sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales data, monitoring lead and follow-up activities, tracking the complete sales funnel, ensuring timely updates from the sales team and preparing accurate MIS reports for management.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Excel, Google Sheets, data, reporting, coordination and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily Sales MIS, CRM and Excel/Google Sheets trackers.
- Track leads received from digital campaigns, property portals, developer databases, referrals and other sources.
- Monitor lead allocation, response time and follow-up activities of the sales team.
- Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Connected → Qualified → Meeting → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.
- Track scheduled client meetings, site visits and their outcomes.
- Maintain records of hot leads, pending follow-ups, missed opportunities and sales-related issues.
- Maintain resale property inventory, seller records and buyer pipelines.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Follow up internally for incomplete, delayed or missing data.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for the Founder and management.
- Analyse salesperson performance,



lead-source performance and project-wise data.
- Identify stale leads, funnel leakages, missed follow-ups and potential sales opportunities.
- Support management with accurate data and reporting to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- BBA, B.Com, MBA students, recent graduates or freshers may apply.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using formulas, filters, conditional formatting and basic dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Good follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse numbers and identify gaps or issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined and responsible.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior real estate experience is not mandatory.
