Job Summary

Chillar Payment Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to support the growth of our consumer-focused digital products. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, market research, field marketing, and business development while working alongside experienced professionals. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who are interested in sales, marketing, and the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support customer acquisition initiatives through field and digital outreach.
- Interact with potential users, merchants, and local businesses to introduce Chillar's digital products.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and explaining product features and benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads through on-ground activities, referrals, events, and campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily activities.
- Assist the business development team in planning and executing promotional campaigns.




- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams on customer engagement initiatives.
- Meet assigned internship goals and learning objectives.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to engage with customers through field visits and outreach activities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Interest in sales, marketing, startups, or fintech is an added advantage.
