Position: Finance Intern – Accounts
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

About the Role

Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the Accounts and Finance team. This internship will provide practical exposure to day-to-day accounting operations and an opportunity to understand financial processes within a growing F&B; business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, bills, and payment entries.
- Assist in recording purchase and sales transactions.
- Verify invoices, expense bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in tracking expenses and maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounts-related requirements.




- Assist the Finance team during audits and month-end closing activities.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or a related course.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting/ERP software will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
