Key Responsibilities

* Campaign Management: Strategy, setup, and end-to-end execution of Google Search campaigns to drive high-quality leads, sales, and conversions.

* Research & Targeting: Conduct advanced keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and precise audience segmentation.

* Performance Optimization: Continuously refine ad copy, landing pages, and automated/manual bidding strategies to maximize ROI and profitability.

* Data & Analytics: Monitor account health and performance metrics via Google Ads and Google Analytics to ensure alignment with strict target KPIs.

* Budget Management: Oversee monthly ad spend efficiently, eliminating waste and scaling profitable campaigns.

* Reporting:



Generate detailed performance reports translating data points into actionable marketing insights for leadership.

* Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of Google Ads policy updates, evolving search algorithms, and emerging industry features.

Key Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads platforms.

* Technical Expertise: Exceptional mastery of Google Search Ads. Familiarity with Performance Max (PMax), Display, and YouTube campaigns is a strong asset.

* Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex web analytics and solve performance bottlenecks.

* Industry Advantage: Prior experience managing Google Ads campaigns within the travel sector is highly preferred.

* Soft Skills: Confident professional communication and the ability to collaborate smoothly within a cross-functional marketing team.

* Logistics: Reliability to commute to Daryaganj, Delhi, or relocate prior to commencing work.
