We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead branch business growth, achieve targets, supervise the sales team and advisors, develop customer relationships, and ensure proper reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly business targets
- Lead and motivate branch business teams
- Develop FD, MIS, RD, DDS and savings business
- Recruit and activate productive advisors
- Conduct branch visits and performance reviews
- Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate with experience in banking, Nidhi, NBFC, insurance or financial services
- Strong leadership, communication and field-sales skills
- Willing to travel across assigned locations

Salary: Attractive salary plus performance incentives




Locations: Papanasam | Kumbakonam | Mayiladuthurai
