We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate current business, close clients, and manage client relationships for our digital marketing, influencer marketing, and artist management business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and approach potential brands/clients for influencer marketing and artist collaboration opportunities.
- Pitch our services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and convert leads into clients.
- Follow up consistently and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain a database of prospects, leads, follow-ups, and closures.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, sales, pitching, and negotiation skills.




- Comfortable making cold calls and handling outbound sales.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead generation and closures.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencers, and brands.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development/sales; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
